Refund and Returns Policy


We can only offer you a full refund if no work has been started and no purchase has been made for the project.

Non-returnable items:

  • Photos
  • Software
  • Marketing tools
  • Subscriptions
  • and other plans that were purchased or provided for the client to use.

We require a cancellation request to be sent written in an email.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted

  • The work has been started and is ongoing.
  • Software and tools have already been purchased and provided for use to the client.

Termination of the verbal or written contract. Before the completion of the job, based on the amount of work carried out at that point, a fee will be charged. Due to the agreement’s cancellation, the rest will be transferred back to the client.
